Risk Disclosure
Last updated: 30 July 2026
We would rather lose a sale than bury the risks. Read this before you do anything.
The short version
$MINERA is a high-risk digital asset. You could lose everything you put in. Nothing here is investment advice. It is not available to UK persons.
You can lose all of it
Digital assets are volatile and speculative. The value of $MINERA may fall to zero and stay there. Never commit money you cannot afford to lose entirely — and never borrow to do it.
There is no protection if things go wrong
$MINERA is not a bank deposit and not a regulated savings or investment product. There is no Financial Services Compensation Scheme cover, no deposit guarantee, and no ombudsman to appeal to. If it fails, there is no one to make you whole.
There may be no market
There is no guarantee that $MINERA will ever be listed on any exchange, or that a liquid market will exist. You may not be able to sell at any price. Nothing on this site is a promise of a listing, a market, or a price.
No yield, no returns, no promises
We do not offer staking-for-inflation, "guaranteed" yield, buyback-and-pump, or any return on your money. Any project that does should be treated with great suspicion — including any impersonation of this one.
Tokens are locked and released over time
Purchased tokens are subject to a vesting schedule and are not all available immediately. The terms are published and are readable in the contract itself. Read them before you buy. They determine when — and whether — you can do anything with what you hold.
Smart contracts can fail
The token and pre-sale run on smart contracts. Audits reduce risk; they do not remove it. Undiscovered bugs, exploits or economic attacks are possible, and a loss caused by one may be unrecoverable.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible
Send to the wrong address and it is gone. Lose your seed phrase and your tokens are gone. No one can reverse a blockchain transaction — not us, not the network, not anyone.
The project depends on execution
MINERA QV is early-stage. Plans stated on this site are present intentions, not commitments, and may change or fail. Early-stage projects fail often.
Regulation can change
The legal and tax treatment of digital assets is developing and varies by country. Rules can change with little notice and in ways that affect value, transferability or legality. You are responsible for your own tax position and for checking that participation is lawful where you live.
Not for UK persons
The pre-sale is not offered or available to persons in or resident in the United Kingdom, and nothing on this site is directed at them.
The one thing we do ask of you
Do not take our word for any of this. The supply, the custody, the pre-sale terms and the vesting are all readable on a public block explorer before you commit anything. Go and check them. If a claim we make does not match the chain, trust the chain — and tell us.
